In addition to our wedding we would like to throw a small (about 100 people) Indian Hindu wedding to respect my fiances history and culture.

We will be throwing it in his parents backyard but that is all we are sure about. I am Italian american so I do not know much about Indian weddings, what they need or traditions.

Our budget is about 8,500 (not including sari for me and his clothing). We already found that our rentals would be about 2000. So it leaves 6,500 for everything else, and I really don’t know what I things I need. Where can I cut costs…

Any tips or suggestions?
The question really is how do I plan a wedding for 100 people on 8500 dollars.

HOW COOL!!! I only got henna applied on my hands twice and it was awesome and soo pretty! :)
