An example of splendor, even a full day will be insufficient to visit all stores at the enormous Mall of Asia at Roxas Boulevard. It boasts an IMAX theatre, a science museum and a building devoted entirely to entertainment with exclusive lounges where visitors can rent big TV screens and play Xbox games.

Go along the MRT3 route and enjoy access to at least eight different malls. Glorietta, home to the cyberzone, the Megamall and Trinoma are considererd by most to be the best out of these malls down the MRT3 route.

For local handicrafts, souvenirs and furniture visit Tiendesitas. Often described as a short, compressed tour of the provinces of the country, Tiendesitas boasts a market full of local agricultural produce. From there, visitors can take the free shuttle service to Greenhills, a large shopping mall, where the art of bargaining is alive and well! An entire floor is devoted to mobile phones while another houses computer hardware. However, bargain hunting in Manila would not be complete without a stop at the Divisoria Market and 168 Mall. Items here vary from lingerie to cookware to toys and are sold at unbelievable prices.

If you are more of a ‘brand’ shopper, Greenbelt 4 and 5 at Ayala Centre and Bonifacio High Street in Bonifacio Global City offer the latest chic and fashionable products and designer wear by Bulgari, Armani and Mango.
