But you really don't know what will be forced on churches if this becomes legal. I believe that Catholic Social Services had to shut down adoption services in Massachusetts for refusing to allow gays to adopt. In addition, I believe that FOCA, if passed, will require hospitals to perform abortions even if they are religious based and do not morally believe in the procedure. My point is, you never really know what will be imposed on the church if *** marriage becomes legal. First of all, I personally am not against *** marriage, and I am Catholic myself. I'm Catholic, but do not follow the belief that *** marriage is wrong, I'm all for it. I do not like a lot of what the Catholic Church does. They have made rules up as they have gone along, and not one of them was ever "approved" or requested by God. Catholic Churches will not marry them here.
