Where is the best place to have a honeymoon in the Riviera Maya?

I am having my wedding in the beginning of May at the RIU Palace Riviera Maya and I am looking for a remote place to honeymoon around this area. We want to stay in a bungalow that is secluded and on the beach. We are looking in Akumal or anywhere nearby. We are laid back and love the jungle and nature, but we still want a bit of luxury. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Why dont u go to PLaya del carmen? it’s less crowded than cancun
The RIU Palace Riviera is not that old and is an awesome place for a honeymoon, I wouldn’t travel elsewhere, that resort is way beyond what I expected, they will go above and beyond for you….ask they for a candle lit dinner on the beach and they will do it, along with a couples massage and flower peddle Jacuzzi, your in a resort that will cater to your every need…..
