You know that yellow rice you usually eat at weddings, it tastes sooooooo good, anyone know how to make it?!?! Please, give step by step instructions, cheers!!

wash the rice
add a little salt (1 tbsp)
add turmuric powder (a little pile on the edge of a teaspoon is enough)
stick in the rice cooker or over a hot stove

yellow rice is traditional south indian dish.
igrediants:
cooked rice
cumin seeds
mustard seeds
peanuts
cashewnuts
urad dal
chana dal
green chilli
dried red chilli
salt
turmeric powder
lemon juice
coriander
take pan put some oil then add cumin seeds ,mustard seeds,red chilli ,green chilli and all above lentils and ingrediants, when they start tampering and change color add cooked rice init at the add lemon juice and coriander.
this is very easy to make ,u need not chop any thing it takes 5 mins to cook and is very delicious.
It’s called SAFFRON PULAO
Ingredients:
Basmati rice 2 cups
Ghee / oil 3 table spoons
Cumin seeds 2 teaspoons
Bay leaf 2 number
Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons
Water 4 cups
Saffron two pinches
Mint leaves a few sprigs
METHOD:
Wash the rice in luke warm water, drain water and drain well. Heat the ghee on medium heat, add the bay leaf and cumin seeds sauté for a minute. Add the rice and sauté till the rice starts to clump. Now add the water, saffron and the salt. Boil till almost all the water has evaporated, cover and reduce heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes. The rice should be fluffy. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve hot.
the same way you make yellow snow…
use a dash of saffron
Get a tall pot.
Put hot water in the pot.
Put the pot of hot water on the stove.
Boil the pot of water.
While the water is boiling, put the rice in the pot.
While the rice is cooking, add oil, butter, onion and salt.
Put in some saffron to taste.
Let the yellow rice cook.
Enjoy!!!!
CHICKEN AND YELLOW RICE
1 whole chicken
4 tbsp. Mazola oil
1 family size pkg. Vigo yellow rice
4 c. water
Boil and debone chicken. Place in a large saucepan and add 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Add 4 tablespoons Mazola oil and package of yellow rice mix. Stir while boiling for 1 minute. Cover saucepan tightly, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes.
